Job Description:
As an ADS sales rep you will be in charge of maintaining, training, and servicing our dealer partners in your area. These responsibilities include increasing customer value, promoting our products, and prospecting new customers.
Activities/Resposabilities:
Acquiring new business by prospecting potential customers, following up on qualified leads from lead development and/or sales line call-ins/website inquiries, utilizing effective sales strategies, matching products and services to customer requirements and requests to secure the sale.
Prepare and create new accounts in our CRM system.
Maintain proactive communications (both calls and emails) with customers and our ADS team on a regular basis. Always offering the highest level of attention and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train salespeople, sales managers, and finance managers.
Manage and maintain a customer base including ensuring accurate customer information is entered and updated in all required databases and spreadsheets within the company system.
Weekly company travel reports.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Experience utilizing effective sales strategies to secure the sale of all inbound inquiries related to products and services.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems, interpret, and resolve issues.
Must be willing to do in person client visits 4 days per week in established territory.
Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Develop product knowledge quickly and articulate how our product impacts each department in the dealership.
Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Bachelor's degree preferred.
3 Years experience in sales.
Strong understanding of a vehicle purchase deal structure from front to back.
Successful track record of sales results, quota attainment. References will be requested.
Proficiency in tools to drive the sales process: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom.com, Linkedin, Google Drive, CRM etc.
Availability to travel, which at times may include overnight stays.
Ability to work extended hours and be "on-call" after regular business hours as needed.
Self-motivated, team player who is resilient, comfortable with change, and detail oriented.
A clean driving record (Class B).
Business attire.
Must provide own transportation.

Proven ability to prospect and develop accounts.
Strong Dealer Relationship.
Experience working with top dealership leaders: Owner, Principal, GM.
